It is imperative to have your vision evaluated if you experience vision loss of any kind.  Central or peripheral vision loss often signal significant medical conditions like Glaucoma or Macular Degeneration.  Patients with diabetic disease should be seen at least once a year, and depending on blood sugar control, sometimes more often than that. Additionally, conditions like floaters, dry eye and cataracts should be evaluated and treated any time a symptom presents itself. Dr. Chadwick has over 25 years of treating these complex vision conditions along with removal of ocular foreign bodies, eye trauma, vision conditions requiring medically necessary contact lenses and treatment of advanced ocular surface diseases through the use of amniotic membrane bandages.  Dr. Chadwick sees patients of all ages, but the vision evaluation and treatment of children is one of his specialties and one of the most enjoyable aspects of his practice.
